Website and service inquiries

These terms describe the use of this website and the basis for discussing services with 100K Marketing LLC. Sending a form, calling or requesting a quote does not create a paid commitment. An accepted written proposal or service agreement governs any engagement and takes precedence over these general terms if they conflict.

Scope and approvals

Before work begins, the parties agree the services, deliverables, fees, schedule, review rounds and responsibilities in writing. Changes to an approved brief require agreement on any impact on price or timing. Timely and accurate client inputs are necessary to follow the agreed plan.

Fees and outside costs

The written proposal identifies the currency, payment dates, applicable taxes and included costs. Advertising spend, travel, talent, licensing, platforms and other third-party charges are included only when expressly stated. No fees are imposed merely by browsing this website or submitting an inquiry.

Materials and usage rights

Clients must have permission to use the materials they provide. The project agreement specifies the rights granted in final deliverables and any conditions of transfer. Third-party assets are subject to their licenses. Working files, unselected concepts and source materials are included only if expressly agreed.

Performance and business decisions

Marketing outcomes depend on the offer, audience, budget, competition, platform decisions and other factors. No amount of revenue, leads, reach or other result is guaranteed. The business name is not a performance claim. Campaign objectives and reporting are defined for the engagement.

Cancellation and concerns

Cancellation, postponement, termination and any related charges are addressed in the accepted agreement and applicable law. Contact us promptly if an issue arises so the parties can seek a practical resolution. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable website use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful or abusive material, interfere with its operation, impersonate someone else or attempt unauthorized access. You remain responsible for the information you submit.
